Intergolf will conduct an operational audit on each department of the club. The audit will focus on what is working and provide an in-depth analysis and recommendations on areas that need improvement. The process involves meetings with management and line staff, as well as focus groups with club members and members of the club board. A report outlining the finds will be prepared and presented to the club board.

Intergolf also works with Advantec, a company specializing in human resource solutions for the golf and club industry. Advantec can provide an on-line HR system, as well as payroll, employee benefits, compliance reports, training and other related HR components. www.advantec-hr.com

Interim Management

Intergolf will provide interim management for clubs that are in need of re-organizing and improving the efficiency of the club’s operations in order to meet the needs of the members, while operating within budgeted guidelines. Intergolf will provide day to day management, and will create a plan, with board approval, that will meet the operational and service needs set for the club.

Intergolf can also provide interim services while a search is conducted for a permanent general manager. Intergolf can work with the club’s search professional, or, if the club is doing the search themselves, Intergolf can provide assistance throughout the search process.

Management Services

Intergolf can provide full management services for owners of golf and country clubs. This includes supervision of the club manager and staff, the creation of annual budgets and business plans, and, after approval, implementation of the plans.
